Where are the personal training sessions held?

All personal training sessions are currently held at Raise the Bar Fitness (1655 Taraval Street, San Francisco).

 

Are you affiliated with Raise the Bar Fitness?

I am not affiliated with Raise the Bar Fitness. I am an independent trainer renting the gym space.

What can I expect at the consultation?

The consultation will last approximately 30 minutes. We will discuss your goals, reasons for personal training, past history with health/fitness, scheduling, payment options, and any other questions you may have. No workout attire is required.

What can I expect during our first personal training session?

Measure weight, body fat, and fitness assessment. After the session, you will receive an email with a personalized diet plan tailored to your goals.

How long is each training session?

All training sessions are 60 minutes.

Does the training package have an expiration date?

All sessions must be used within 6 months from date of purchase. Any remaining sessions will be lost.

​

How does online coaching work? 

Online coaching includes an initial consultation in-person or virtual, a workout and nutritional program, and routine follow-up via email/phone/text. 

 

What are the accepted forms of payment?

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Apple Pay, and Zelle. No refunds.

What is the cancellation policy?

48 hours advance notice, otherwise you will be charged for the session.

​

Is there a wait list?

Yes, if I cannot accommodate your day/time request for training, you can be placed on the wait list. You will be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available.
